Shanna has a long record of successfully guiding clients to their residential and commercial real estate dreams, helping both Buyers and Sellers with their homes all along the Wasatch Front- from Salt Lake to Brigham City. She prides herself on giving each of her clients the most precise and up-to-date feedback on the state of the market, its trends, comparable sales and property values, giving them a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in today's market.
In 2015 Shanna earned the Sterling Society award for closed production and continued with her success in 2016, earning a spot in the coveted President's Circle, and then further advancing in 2017 to Diamond Society. In 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023, Shanna achieved Platinum Club with RE/MAX with her production and was included in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame for her all-time production.

Shanna is originally an Ogden, Utah native but now resides in the vibrant community of South Ogden as a single mother of two beautiful children. Shanna took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people and homes to the world of Real Estate, becoming a Realtor in 2013. And later, after much success, she became a co-founder of Elite Point Real Estate. An athlete by nature, in the winter Shanna is an avid snow skier, leaving her ski tracks as much as she can at her favorite local ski resort, Snow basin. Summer, for Shanna, belongs to the water, with family and friend trips to Lake Powell and Pine View reservoir being a hot weather staple. She also enjoys playing indoor soccer on a team with her mom, hiking all the many beautiful mountain trails that Utah has to offer, and traveling whenever she can fit it in. In all facets of life-from career to family to leadership-Shanna epitomizes energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail. To her, it's all a labor of love.
